General Objectives & Approach
This curriculum has three objectives :
- Develop a common language and structured vision of project management in order to be able to situate the PRINCE2 approach in your own professional context
- Gain a clear understanding of the PRINCE2 method, version 7: its principles, practices, processes, and key roles
- Prepare effectively for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam
A blended approach: the best of both methods !
In this course, we combine the strengths of distance learning with face-to-face sessions to offer flexible, effective, and participatory learning. By alternating between online theory modules, practical work, and interactive classroom activities, this program allows participants to progress at their own pace while benefiting from personalized support.
Program
This course allows you to build your knowledge and skills step by step in order to successfully obtain PRINCE2® Foundation certification.
Before each in-person day, the participants integrate the key concepts remotely. The key concepts remotely using the resources provided such as video clips, glossary, quizzes, and exercises.
The sessions in groups and in person are then dedicated to high value-added activities to consolidate learning : case studies, problem solving, educational games (including an escape game), peer exchanges and feedback.
Throughout the program, active tutoring and coaching are available to guide each person, answer questions, and monitor progress.

Practical information
- Group size : The number of participants per group is limited to 18 people for optimal learning
- Location : The in-person training will be held in Geneva, at 38 Rue de Montbrillant, close to Cornavin train station. A map will be provided before the training begins
- Schedule : The in-person training days will take place according to the following schedule:
- Days 1-2 : from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m
- Day 3 : 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m
- Day 4 : 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m
- Remote support: An introductory session and training session will be organized via Zoom/Teams. The access code will be sent by email in due course
- Language: Sessions will initially be offered in French
Prerequisites
- Previous experience in project management is recommended, but there are no prerequisites for PRINCE2® Foundation certification
- Personal motivation : Personal investment outside of training is required for individual study according to the session schedule. This time may vary depending on each person’s experience and is generally estimated at 20-40 hours.
- Availability : Attendance above 80% and completion of the entire e-learning course
- Proficiency with digital tools : Comfort with standard tools, a computer with a camera and a good Internet connection will be required.
- Language : French level C1
- Autonomy for certification preparation
