Project Management

The current economic environment requires all businesses, increased speed and a permanent control of its evolution. In this context, agility and ability to respond quickly to new challenges are one of the key strengths of its competitiveness.

KIM Organisation uses this approach to support the management and coordination of your projects from the initialization work until the projet closure.

To ensure a seamless integration and optimal portability of our work, we adapt our process and development approach based on corporate standards and the current economic environment. Management and development of the project team is based on the concepts of "Agile Development team" as described by Lyssa Adkins, allowing us to quickly obtain performance teams and explained in the project.

Our mandate starts with a verification of the specifications and compliance with the challenges of society, it ends with the integration project in your organization and successfull change management of your internal organization.

Like construction, KIM Organisation proposes a "General Contractor" in which we ensure the accountability of all the work since the project organization to delivering project "Go Live". To realize all the work, we rely on an extensive network of expertise in Switzerland and abroad to set up a team of professionals (see below) adapted to the perfect realization of the planned activities

Expert in Project Management

Our mandates are under the responsability of Certified Project Managers - IPMA - International Project Management Association. PMI - Project Management Institute or HERMES - Swiss IT certification.

IPMA certification is obtained through professional expertise in project management and control of specific criteria to standard ICB.

Our approach integrates AGILE concept permanently to take into account organisational, structural and economic changes during our projets.


Management Process

Project Management Processes includes all steps and activities required to manage work and management teams

This process is divided into five specific steps as described in the diagram below. Various documents are produced and continuously updated by the Project Manager to ensure control and monitoring.

A set of documents are produced when carrying out the various steps above. These documents are related to conduct and apply to both the project team that the Company management ... and also to assume Top Management reporting.

Execution processes and consolidation have the characteristic that some documents produced are permanent and will evolve over the progress of projects (eg the progress of work / work in progress).
